Helping Your Child Get Into the Word

This Bible study was created to help kids do more than simply learn Bible stories. It’s designed to help them open the Bible, read it carefully, ask good questions, and discover what God says about Himself.

As a parent, you don’t need to be a Bible expert to help your child grow in God’s Word. You simply need to be willing to open the Bible alongside them.

• Understand the purpose and rhythm of the study

• Encourage your child to use their own Bible

• Ask questions that lead to meaningful conversations

• Help your child slow down and notice what Scripture actually says

• Connect what they’re learning to everyday life

A Note for Parents

You don’t have to have all the answers.

Your role isn’t to teach your child everything there is to know about the Bible. It’s to help them develop a love for God’s Word and the confidence to open it for themselves.

Our hope is that this study becomes more than something your child completes.

We want it to become a rhythm they carry with them.
